Darwin Flyrodders are holding their next club outing on Saturday 22nd May on the Adelaide River.
About the Outing
Launch from the Adelaide River Bridge boat ramp at your leisure. Tides are suitable all day.

Fish upstream of the bridge.
Goat Island is about 24kms upstream of the bridge. Stay right in the main river.
Meet at Goat Island at 1:00pm for lunch and a couple of beers.
We'll need to confirm numbers so please let us know if you'll be eating lunch at the venue.
Stay at Goat Island accommodation or return to the boat ramp after lunch.
The lodge is only small. Accommodation caters for a maximum of 12 guests in 3 rooms. Get in early or risk missing out.

o 1 Fishos’ Room with 4 singles.

Safety
The Club does not support fishing other than from a boat…. It’s dangerous.
Be careful of a particularly nasty rock bar about 15km upstream of the island.
Remember to follow NT boating rules and practice safe boating.
